Following letter was mailed certified receipt to the Kansas Attorney General Stephen Six by a group of individuals.
The Attorney General didn't even respond.

Kansas Attorney General Stephen Six,
The willful crimes against children and families, are illegally destroying lives and demonstrate a pattern of criminal conduct on the part of local social agencies, law enforcement, district attorneys office, foster care contractors, guardian ad litems, court appointed attorneys, independent attorneys, child therapists, psychologists and the court system which proves to be inimical to the interests of the children and families.
Attorney General Six, We are requesting a full investigation into the unlawful acts committed by the Sedgwick County DA’s office regarding the falsification of affidavits to illegally remove children from their families, as that is in violation of State and Federal Law. We are also requesting that any individuals, found to be involved in the illegal removal of children, but not limited to the DA’s office, be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
You, as the Attorney General, have a responsibility and duty, to hold accountable any individuals that bring harm to the State of Kansas and we expect no less.
Listed below are some of the violations of Kansas Statutes, but not limited to:
21-3422. Interference with parental custody.
21-3422a. Aggravated interference with parental custody.
21-3608. Endangering a child.
21-3612. Crimes affecting family relationships and children. Contributing to a
child's misconduct or deprivation
21-3805. Perjury
21-3832. Intimidation of a witness or victim
21-3833. Aggravated intimidation of a witness or victim
21-3843. Violation of a protective order.
21-3902. Official misconduct.
21-4004. Criminal defamation
38-1522. (NEW 38-2223 – 38-2229) Reporting of certain abuse or neglect of children;
persons reporting; reports, made to whom; penalties for failure to report
or interference with making of a report
38-1555. (NEW-38-2250) Degree of proof
38-2223. Reporting of certain abuse or neglect of children; persons reporting;
reports, made to whom; penalties; immunity from liability.
54-105. Falsifying oaths or affirmations.
75-4309. Same; falsifying oaths or affirmations.
Falsification of affidavits which causes a parent to be deprived of their parental rights is in violation of the Fourth, Ninth and Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution.
The court shall not enter an order removing a child from the custody of a parent . . . unless the court first finds from evidence presented by the petitioner that reasonable efforts have been made to maintain the family unit and prevent the unnecessary removal of the child from the child’s home or that an emergency exists which threatens the safety of the child and that remaining in the home is contrary to the welfare of the child or that placement is in the best interest of the child. K.S.A. 38-2243.
